RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At GRY CLOTHING, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and an exceptional shopping experience. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 3 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. For returning the item there will be a FEE OF 200 INR which will be payable from the customer end at the time of returning the product. (200 INR WILL BE USE FOR SHIPPING FOR THE COURIER CHARGES) ( 200 INR PAYABLE ON UPI ID - jtanishq103m-1@okhdfcbank)

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your CREDIT NOTE of payment. You will receive the credit note instantly

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

- Items marked as final sale
- Personalized or customized items
- Undergarments and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
